The Punisher, Spider-Man and Darkhawk discover Midnight is still alive, having been turned into a cyborg and driven mad; Moon Knight joins the fight against Midnight and the Secret Empire when he takes over the group; Nova, Silhouette and Night Thrasher of the New Warriors also join the fight against Midnight.
Frenchie is given his shot at revenge in a grudge match with Killer Shrike.
